The price includes the entire house per night for up to 9 people
the tourist tax of € 1,75.- per person and night not included
The following services are included in the price:
Bed linen, towels, kitchen utensils, electricity, heating, water, Wi-Fi.
The following services have an extra fee:
Final cleaning: € 200,00.-
Tourist tax of € 1,75.- per person and nigh.
Pets are allowed on request and for a fee of €100,00.-
Smoking is prohibited in the entire building, as well as the use of candles, tea lights, fondue ecc.
Payment terms:
The reservation is only binding upon receipt of a deposit of 30% of the offer price by bank transfer. Please state “Angeld und Familiennamen” as the reason for payment. You will then receive a reservation confirmation. The remaining balance for the entire stay can be settled in the course of your holiday in cash or by transfer.

Cancellation policy:
No cancellation fee will be charged up to 30 days before the planned arrival date. After this period, the deposit of 30% of the total amount will be retained as a cancellation fee.
